V Workforce
Virtual workers that carry the work, not just the conversation.
Most business software waits to be told what to do, one click at a time. V Workforce builds virtual workers: software coworkers you hand a goal to. They work out the steps, do the work across the channels your customers already use, and come back to a person when something genuinely needs judgment.
What it is
A coworker you delegate to, not a tool you operate.
A virtual worker holds a role, a set of permissions, and a record of what it has done. You give it responsibility the way you would give it to a new hire — and, like a new hire, it is expected to say when it is stuck rather than guess.
It plans its own work
Given a goal in plain language, it breaks the work into steps, sequences them, and revises the plan when circumstances change — instead of waiting for each instruction.
It works where people already are
Conversations happen on WhatsApp, email, the phone and the web. A virtual worker meets people on those channels rather than asking them to log in to something new.
It knows what it may not do
Every action runs against explicit permissions. Anything beyond them stops and waits for a named person to approve it, and the request says exactly what is about to happen.
How work moves
From a message to a finished piece of work.
-
Someone asks for something
A customer messages, an email arrives, a colleague delegates a goal. No special format and no forms — ordinary language on an ordinary channel.
-
The worker works out what it means
It identifies who is asking, what they actually need, and what it already knows about them — asking a clarifying question only when the answer would genuinely change what it does.
-
It makes a plan and starts
The goal becomes an ordered set of tasks with a strategy behind it. Work begins immediately; the plan is revised as reality intervenes.
-
It stops at the edge of its authority
Spending money, contacting someone new, anything irreversible — these pause for approval rather than proceeding hopefully.
-
It reports what actually happened
Progress is a record, not a reassurance: what was done, what was sent, what is blocked and what it needs from you.
Channels
The same worker, wherever the conversation happens.
A worker carries one identity and one memory across every channel it is given, so a conversation that starts in one place can be finished in another without the person having to repeat themselves.

Oversight
Autonomy you set, and a record you can check.
Trusting software with real work is only reasonable if you can see what it did. The platform is built so that the answer to “what happened?” is a record rather than a reassurance.
Graded autonomy
Each worker sits at a level you choose, from proposing everything for approval through to acting independently within defined limits. The level governs actions, never thinking.
Approvals with context
When something needs a person, the request names the action, the reason and the cost — so the decision can be made without an investigation first.
An audit trail that holds
Every message sent, tool used and decision taken is written down. A message that failed to send is recorded as failed, not quietly filed as delivered.
